Cornmeal Mix What Are Those Little Black Bugs That Get In Pancake Mix, Cornmeal, And Flour?

What are those little black bugs that get in pancake mix, cornmeal, and flour? - cornmeal mix

I always find it in my mixture of Jiffy corn bread and pancake mix and flour and other things. They were a mixture of my pancakes this morning and let the box Ziploc bag for this reason. How can we prevent or get rid of them forever.

They are called weevils, bugs are really there, even before you buy things, flour and other real insects lay their eggs in the corn flour or another, even before it does not destroy the plant and methods of reasoning, the eggs and a few weeks Later, after you have purchased, they will slip, and that is how they are obtained, even in tightly closed container, as best we can the flour mixture to the pancake is to buy, so long before the sale date and in the freezer for a few hours to kill eggs and should be good, I have all night.

If your fear that your pantry is to buy contaminated with these people is that something on the net.

Dispose of all infested food you can type and place all newly purchased flour, sugar, breakfast foods and related products in containers.
Thoroughly clean the cupboard and storage containers of waste. Make sure the cracks along the shelves and cabinet top clean. Wipe these areas with soap and water, with a little household disinfectant.
Buy food in quantitiesLinks are small enough that it quickly.
Keep hold all food storage space clean.
The shelves of irrigation or other infested areas lightly, particularly cracks meet each other on shelves and cabinets. Suggested insecticides include resmethrin, Sumithrin, tetramethrin, permethrin and pyrethroid.
Warning: All food and utensils must be removed before spraying. All surfaces must be treated to dry thoroughly before placing back-packaged foods or utensils. Young children should not be allowed to come into contact with the insecticide sprayed until the surface is completely dry.
If you by spray, cover the shelves of clean paper to cool before replacing packaged food and utensils.
No chemicals: either the contaminated products, or rescue operations by heating in an oven at 130 degrees for half an hour, or super-cooling by placing in a freezer at 0 F for four days.
